Disclaimer: I'm a dummy today. It's totally a legit stamp.

Is this an official misidentified OR a bogus stamp? It's labeled as "BN" Bank Note? and says "RARE" but I don't recognize the design? It almost looks like a 6cent Lincoln but then again it's a 2cent stamp? So I thought maybe an official (o18) but that has stars in the upper corners so I'm at a loss. Any thoughts?
