hi

i saw a post about a motor vehicle stamp earlier this week.
i found a related item that I thought was interesting.
this item was a basic mileage ration form.
i made a scan an thought you all would like to see it.
i found this about 20 years ago before one of my relations sold a house.

This is part of a war ration stamp book from WWII. You would turn these in when purchasing gasoline. No tickee, no fuel!

i just came across this when I was cleaning up.
i just wanted to show others the form.
i knew what it was for.
sometimes history repeats itself.
i hope we are not headed for this in the future.
