Still cool but I knew it was a philatelic cover right off for two reasons- 1. The way that the margins were intentionally cut, The choice of stamp & the biggest tip-off The name on the cover. He is a well known Aeropost collector/dealer. (I didn't know that until a Google search brought up another thread about him from S.C.F.!) I still like it though!

I am probably off here, but the enlarged scans do not look like offset printings.

The discussions of Types IV and V are of offset printed stamps.

The stamps look like a type I.
