now I have never seen anything like this stamp guys..has anyone seen anything quite like this,,can anyone tell me about the lines of green going through this stamp? Is this supposed to be like this or is it an oddity perhaps?

probably a scanning anomaly from the fine engraving lines on background field.

interesting - Thought scanner myself but if that is the stamp its different. Since its on cover makes alot of the soaking/ chemical possibilities go out the window. Sorry can't lend any real help but I'm curious to see whats up.
