No, I don't think so. The imprint is irreparably trimmed to shape, and it's only half of a (duplex) cancel. Ideally, such items measure 2" x 4" although very few do.

I agree with doug2222. When postal stationery is trimmed down like that it turns a lot of collectors off. I have similar cancels on stamps. The stamps sell for about $1.00-$3.00 for the star in circle. The trimmed down PSE might bring $1.00
