I usually do not collect EFO's but for some reason I decided to bid on this one. Ended up winning the bid for a few bucks as I thought it was an interesting piece.

I don't think any perfs are missing. It's just miscut. The left and right sides should be cut straight within the margin of the stamps as they were supposed to be sold in 2x3 format booklets (and a 2x2 miscut block is shown).

Still an interesting EFO that will add interest to any collection.

Yes, there are no missing perfs, booklet panes only have 1 row of vertical Perforations. I bought it for the mis-cut and the overall appearance makes you think about it :)
