Poland - 1919-20, #103 (20cents) perf 10 x 11 1/2......Vertical Ribbed Paper. Looks similar to some types of Laid paper but these ribs can easily be felt, even with my big ol' fingers.



Ribs can easily be seen, even dry.


In watermark fluid......watermark fluid will also reveal most flaws such as; thins, tears/repairs, creases, hinge remnants and more.

Yeah I am waiting for the soft & hard paper too. really I'm looking for an easy way to tell the difference.

I just started to think about the soft / hard paper issue. If I'm right aren't the Colombians (US) soft paper? if they are I could use them to check through my banknote.
