Greetings y'all I am a "Die hard" stamp collector and Mainer, I am one of the youngest stamp collectors in my area at least I know of. If you see myself typing some words like, Wicked or spelling words with a little change in it,This could mean two things. One I can not spell or Two I am typing like a Mainer, which is kinda a English slang for where I live.

Now away from that subject is stamp collecting. I been stamp collecting for about 4 to 5 years but I spent most of my free time doing it. I love collecting these scrids you call Stamps since I can lean not just history or geography but much more, For example you can learn Science from a stamp honoring atom, you get a felling that you must know why an atom was honored on a stamp. At least I do.

Some of my collecting intrests are well any stamp I can grab. Oh before I leave I will give you gent and gals a mainah joke
Out stater asks " where does that road goes to"
Mainer answers " Don't go nowhere, Mister, Stays right her."

dwstamps,

People in SCF are all ages and many nationalities. People are accepting and friendly so feel comfortable.

Take it easy on us with the slang--- most of us are not from Maine and many are not from the US. You may end up miscommunicating or confusing people. Example: What the heck is a 'scrid'?

That said, you sound like fun! We look forward to knowing you and your collection!

Karen
