Sometime very difficult to assess tagging but have a look and let me know what you think Is this tagged or not? If not I believe it may be worth getting expertised?

If you can, examine the stamp under UV with a high power magnifying glass or microscope. The tiniest speck of taggant will render the stamp as tagged. From the picture you provided, the left stamp seems to have a slight yellow-green glow.

Good luck.
