Hi All Back In The seventies there was a Collector that specialized in illegal Usage of the mails. He Had A Display at one of the local shows And was Very Interesting. One Of The Frames Shows Canada #753. This stamp was cut In two and used on two covers. Most Of The display shows that he manufactured the item and mailed to himself. DJD
