If I may. If the letter is rare, why did someone deface it by writing on it in ink? That is a pity!
Also, what does the Bordeaux Bayonne mean? The letter went from Toulouse to Dax. Apparently made a stop-over in Bordeaux.

It's sad to see this cover with such stupid pen markings.

The original postmark is GC (gros chiffres = large numbers) 3982 not 2982.

As well as the Dax arrival postmark there are two railway (TPO) postmarks for Sete to Bordeaux and then Bordeaux to Bayonne.
