The impressed design can be seen, without the color."

This albino cover appears to be of the U420 1 cent green Franklin, sans
green ink, of 1915-32 used in 1944.

Rick, do you collect telephone cover?


Larry, never seen one like that! I must be getting
old, I had to squint pretty hard to see that was
a prepaid envelope. At first I thought "albino"
meant that there was no stamp there, but it was
cancelled anyway. That, or that the stamp fell off.

Ratio, they catch the embossing, but something comes between them and the ink, like another piece of paper.
