2 Cent John Adams Identification Help

I have a 2 cent John Adams with what appears to be perf 10 across the top and the bottom. I am confused as to what issue this is. From what I can tell, the coil stamps were vertically perfed and the regular stamp should have perfs on all four sides, right. I might be able to get a scan later if it would help. Thanks!

If this stamp is of the Presidential series, Scott 850 was perforated horizontally, with straight lines on the left and the right.
