Sorry for having another perforation question tonight, but I am still trying to figure out how all of this works. I have what appears to be a Scott #405. It is perf 10 on the top, bottom, and left. However, the right hand side is not perforated. There also appears to be the start of another stamp on the far right edge. Any ideas without scans? If it is needed, I will try to figure out how to get a scan of it up. Thanks for any and all help!

It is from where the sheet was cut. Depending on which stamp it is it either came from a sheet of 200 or 400 and then cut into 4 smaller panes.
