My 2011 Scott Catalog shows the stamp listed at $240 mint; or MNH at $750.

From an historical perspective, I have an old 2002 Scott Catalog that lists the stamp at $300 mint; or MNH at $600.

I suspect the value quoted by ILS in the 2009 catalog was the mint stamp (not MNH).

At least this gives you something of a track record of where the catalog value of the stamp has been going in terms of appreciation in value.

Unfortunately the buying prices don't seem to be following the catalog trend...... I watched one sell yesterday for $175 for a never hinged piece so prices over the last 6 weeks show sales of MNH from $175 - $350 depending on the overall appearance.
