I believe its from the top row of Plate 5 and after only looking at it for a brief period, I THINK its position 4L5. Of course, I could be wrong as the lighting wasn't that great, for that matter, I could easily have the wrong plate!. But at only $15.00 how could I go wrong? I'll look at it closer this week and hopefully not change my mind.

Seriously you got that for $14.00?? WOW! You, Sinclair and Russ have me really liking these! I'll have to keep an eye out for these as well. Great score!

If it is then great find Art. It has the little ink streak from the upper right ornament that extends past the guideline. It also looks like it could be 5R5 Relief A but your upper lettering looks too clean and there is a missing mark for it to be 5R5. Other than that only 2 observations.

1. There appears to be a small indentation in the right side of the letter "O" of postage (Maybe too small to tell) that is not shown on position 4L5.
2. In Neinkens reconstruction of plate V, the images 3L5 & 4L5 do not show the vertical lines through the upper left guide dot.
