Hi, I'm a new user to the site.
I came across these stamps at my Grandfathers house and have tried (unsuccessfully) to find some information on these stamps. If anyone could share some information on their origin, worth etc it would be very much appreciated.
They have been a curiosity sitting on my shelf for a few months.
Thanks
Will

They are the Brussels Exhibition issue 1896-1897. There are three stamps to the set. The one you are missing looks a bit different and is a 5 cent. The value is minimal because these stamps were issued with a label that appeared at the bottom. Without the label they are considered as fillers by collectors. The 10 cent was made in the 2 different colors.
