The 1 cent Franklin looks like it has a secret mark. The Scott number depends on the paper but the values are about the same. It could be a Sc 156-or 182 CV $6.00). The strip of 1 cent stamps are Sc 597(CV Not much).
I have a bunch of stamps from this era and they drive me crazy. There are days after looking at them I want to burn them all. Then I think it is a duplicate, well wait it is a different shade, maybe it has a watermark, maybe the perfs are different. UGH!! I hate these stamps and fly speck collecting. Nick
