Hi. I am new, very new! Need help to ID this 2 cents Washington Perf.11X11
It is recut in eye and very long almost 23mm. Thank you in advance.

Well, I was thinking that maybe it is a rotary press coil waste Scott #595 but the dimensions of your stamp are different. A #595 is 19.75mm by 22.25mm. Yours does look to be a rotary press printing since it shows no visible sign of red ink on the back. Or it may be a #634 which is 11x10.5 which is actually closer in dimensions with that of your stamp. I suspect it is a #634. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of this design will comment.
