I'll look for the application Tom. I've emailed the appropriate person at APS, but didn't expect to hear back until early this week because of the Turkey Day holiday.

I'm more than happy to do the legwork and be the SCF representative to APS, but if we're required to have a President, etc., I think we should have some sort of elections to make sure everyone who wants to be included in the process will be.

I can't be president. When the FBI runs the background check they're gonna find out about the used underwear thing for sure.

I see our membership application is listed in the February 2009 issue of the American Philatelist on page 182. Our # is 1572-215263. If no one contests the application by February 28 the SCF will be admitted, which will be in the May 2009 issue.
