Webliography?

Has SCF considered compiling a "webliography" of resources for members here? Maybe a "sticky" thread or a link to complement the FAQ.

For example, about the first stamp site I added to my Bookmarks was 1847USA. I still use it frequently. If you aren't familiar, it's a must see!
