Is The 10 C Washington Scott # 14, The Cleft Palette Error

Is this the Stamp model, That had Cleft Palate error? If any one has info on this I would greatly Appreciate Help in this Matter.

I am not familiar with the cleft palate variety. Where was it described?
This looks like a normal 1857 Scott #32 10c green type II, perf 15 1/2.

Well, It was issued in the Washington Series, Which one ?? I was reading about it on a web site then Computer went out lost the site. But as you see this stamp has a cleft palate form the nostril Thur the lip Not Normal with others I have looked at. Now I have searched for a week for that site No Go !
