USPS Perfs Or Company Perfs?

Ok gang, here's the rub....I know these stamps were issued as both perforated and imperforated varieties, the imperforated varieties were designed for big companies to perforate and put in their own coil machines......the perforations look suspect to me, because they are squared on the end, is this a legitimate USPS perf or were these perforated by a company?

The perfs are squared on the ends because someone cut the stamps apart with scissors.

Alternatively, the top and bottom stamps (as coils), may have been cut by an automatic affixing machine. The middle stamp looks like a sheet edge copy. None are private perfs.
