Specialized catalog info - Christmas Deer design no. A2600
Serpentine die-cut perf 11¼ on 2, 3 or 4 sides
#3356 - gold & red
#3357 - gold & blue
#3358 - gold & purple
#3359 - gold & green

There is another note in the FDC area of the book about a "narrow frame" (sheet) variety but no further elaboration or illustration is provided?

Can someone with knowledge of these show an example of the frameline difference please? Thank you! It would be VERY super helpful! -Jeff

I don't have a scan, but see the note after Scott #3367d in the regular listings.

Quote:
The frame on Nos. 3356-3359 is narrow and the space between it and the hoof is a hairline. The frame on Nos. 3360-3363 is much thicker, and the space between it and the hoof is wider.

If it's of any help to see the actual stamps, I pulled these examples from the internet as a side-by-side comparison of the two varieties:

wt1 may I "borrow" this image to help a friend out? She don't belong to this board (YET), but I just want to show her what the difference looks like? -Jeff
