Any opinion on whether these are both Scott 450? The color is throwing me off. Both are OG, NH. Scans may not be the best. Thanks for your opinions.

Requirements for Scott #450:

Perf. 10 horizontally.

Rotary Press.

Single line wmk.

Must be Type III:

There are two shading lines in the first curve of the ribbon above the left "2" and in the second curve of the ribbon above the right "2".

Shading of toga button is heavy.

Hard to tell from the scans, but the second stamp doesn't look like a Type-III. Need a closer scan of the toga rope/button on both. Do they both fit the other requirements as stated by IBSF?
