perf 11 vert. no such coil listed in scott.

trimmed at top? if so, why??

The stamp may have been trimmed if the envelope was cut open across the top. The lower edge may be the bottom row of the sheet.

Total stamp height should be about 25mm from top edge to bottom edge. If not really close to that, then it is probably a trimmed perforated stamp.

about 24 1/4 mm top to bottom. thanks partime!
