The stamp referred to was a "Joint Issue" between the US and Canada, so I can understand
Canada Post offering it for sale.
On the other hand, even today, the USPS is offering the UK's "Classic Locomotives of Northern Ireland" presentation pack. For train enthusiasts, I suppose it may be a nice offer, however, I think the recent UK "classic cars" issue would sell better over here.
