Nice ones. Too bad the Australia meter is a little light. I had to look it up: that's a surfer crossing Australia's southeast coast.

I agree Trainwreck, it is a little feint. I figured, go for it because it was in a dealer's box for only 25 cents.

I also tried to luck up the "Running Stag" meter from South Africa but, to no avail. Maybe some day it will be listed in the Wikipaedia Catalogue??

Looks like it's South Africa Type AC1 from the online catalog.

OK Trainwreck. I'll check that out. I went in to the online Wikipaedea Meter Catalogue yesterday and couldn't find anything under South Africa, Republic of South Africa or the Union of South Africa (?)

OK, I found the South African meters.

Following information from in there as:

AC1. Roneo Neopost (LV-6), 1949.
Frank with leaping springbok at upper center. Value inset at bottom center.M#, with "N", "NA" or "NB" prefix, in lower corners.TM: BIC, DCValues seen (£sd):
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg ½, 1, 1½, 2, 3, 4, 6, 1/-, 1/3, 2/-Values seen (£sd):
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg 9, 1/6, 2/3
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg[$5]Values seen (£sd):
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg 4/6, 9/-, 18/-
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg[$20]Values seen (decimal):
MeterCat 5 spaces.jpg ½, 1, 1½, 2, 2½, 3, 3½, 4, 5, 10, 12½¢a. Value die with simulated-perforation frame line at bottom. (The die apparently was 'imported' or cannibalized from a foreign meter.)
