Badly torn perforation, not well centered, and unless my eye is deceiving me slightly crooked but I could be seeing your mount. Having said that if you got a good price it would be acceptable to me. I'm trying very hard not to have to have everything perfect.

You've posted some unusual stamps Tazz, especially the one designed to self destruct. This one is unusual with that straight edge top and bottom and some very crooked perfs on the bottom.

I hope one of our resident experts responds to this post.

I see the paper fibers that are pointed out as a sign of original perfs, so are these stamps with original but misaligned perfs with the top perfs trimmed? My second choice would be imperfs with perfs added. Third would be some inside joke I'm missing out on. :)

The bottom perforations are almost certainly added after the fact. Too round and crooked to be legitimate methinks?
