Hello everyone. I got a stamp and I can't find it in the book I have which is very old and outdated. But the stamp is a grey kitten and a golden puppy and says USA 13c. Can anyone help me figure out the scott catalog number for this stamp. Sorry I don't know how to post pictures of it.
