Beautiful! I always considered these to be the Holy Grail of us stamps. Yes, I know many others cost more, but I still feel these are the best looking! I was able to take a 45 minute ride on one in 2010 in the airship Eureka. It was made by the successor to the Zeppelin company but the US company went broke. There is still one in Germany that flies. |

Nice, Eagle!
I just acquired my first Zeppelin (c13) recently. I hope to have a full set eventually. Looking forward to what the experienced collectors have to say. |

When you are asking about unused stamps, the back side becomes nearly as important as the front. Are there thins, mold, hinges, gum skips, even the gum look has a "say" about the quality of the stamp. The front looks great but....

Gems on the front...... the backs are not that bad to distract that much. You can still get a good price for them if you decide to sell. To me the C15 is almost as nice as the one on ebay, but then I'm a Newby. Just for asking I know you don't want to sell and I'm not asking to buy but if you decided to sell what do you think the set would bring? |
