OK, Last one.

A Summons dated July 20, 1863 from Indiana. The interesting part is the stamp. Top row part perf.

Although this example is very likely to be a genuine part perf, it should be remembered that the outside margins on many sheets were not perforated. It is therefore possible to have a trimmed example with a large top or bottom margin. With this date and on a document with this much space that does not seem to be the case here.
