I was just surfing ebay...someone has a used half cent Scott 803 Franklin and a used scott 807 3 cent Jefferson stamp listed and they have a bid for 50 cents ! What are we waiting for ????

I just mailed a payment off today for $20.00 dollars in 3 cent issues.
Boy at that auction rate I could retire tomorrow.
