i have this armenian stamp but I do not know which one is it in the scott catalogue ....is it 127 or 208

As best I can tell it looks like 127 (Type f). I believe that because the < part does not come out to the edge of the S as it does in type G.

If you look at the the overprinted value it is clearly a 5....not 10. It can only be #127.

the 208 is also 5r on 2k, but looking at the very vague overprint I agree with the others that it must be 127.

Yo! guys! your eyesight's better than mine , I couldn't even make out the value. as noted based my opinion on top part of op.
(in this case smilie has really dark glasses)

then again I maybe I'm not so blind after all; nr-both 127 & 208 are 5r on 2k. where'd you get 10 from?

The catalog information you show is incomplete.

208 would be a surcharge over a surcharge. Break out the loupe or a strong magnifying glass!

You will have to look at it very closely to see if there is a type f surcharge over a type c surcharge, or if it is just a type f surcharge. Just type f is 127. Type f over type c is 208.
