Was going thru books today and came across this little booklet. Actually, there were 3. This 2cent, a 3cent Washington and one that is Two Cent Columbian Exposition issue of 1893 which features the 400th anniversary of discovery of America. It has the normal, the broken hat and broken frame line. I was wondering if any of you gurus have seen these or have any. The text is actually black not blue. Somewhere my scanner has changed colors on me. Too bad the Grt. grandad did a little writing on this one. As far as I can tell the stamps look like the correct ones. Thought I would share a little something from my books. Looks like its way no large to load right now. I will try to lower the settings and hopefully post the pic in a bit or tomorrow.

Use a hosting site like Photobucket and no more scaling down due to size.

Are these the TASCO educational stamp booklets? Making booklets such as these today would be much harder since many of the different stamp types and varieties used in them have become much harder to find and they have gone up in price. Here's a website that has information on them: http://www.junior-philatelists.com/TASCO.shtml
The closest more modern similar booklet with some stamps in them for comparison purposes is called "Tips on Types" by Robbin Dick.
