I have a Whistler's Mother stamp but wanted to make sure which one it is. The horizontal perforation is 11 and the vertical perforation is 10.5. Would I have scott number 737?

Yes you would since it's the rotary press one. It is an interesting thing to have both plate blocks or both full sheets of # 737 and # 738 since they would contrast the difference between rotary press and flat plate printings.
