Finally arrived after being held in US customs for over a month.
I'm pretty sure it is position 1R1L, T relief type IV. Bottom is a little hosed but I still love it.

Beautiful stamp, stallzer! Looks like 1R1L to me. I love those sheet margins, and especially the guide line.
