R163 On New York New Haven And Hartford Rr Co. Receipt

A few months ago I had one of these on a Chicago & Northwestern Railroad receipt. It was a private precancel.

Here's another such receipt for 13 cords of chestnut wood originating in East Foxboro, Mass. from The New York New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company but the R163 is not precanceled.
