Is One Of These Two A Harding 613?

Hello. I am having a hard time determining..is one of these a 613? One looks a lot lighter than the other. Thanks for your help.

They look different because they are different. The one with the wavy line cancel is 610 perf-11, on the right is 612 perf-10.
The perforations are different, the design sizes are different, and the lightness of impression is different. A 613 'looks' like a 612 on the size and impression criteria, but must be perf-11.
