The stamp on the right is an offset type Va or type V 528 or 527. A better view of Washington's nose is needed. The thin line in the left "2" rules out type VI or VII. The vertical lines in the Toga button rule out type IV. The sharp outline of the toga button combined with the unprinted donut just inside the button outline identify the stamp as from an offset printing.
