Hello Everyone, Can someone please help ID these for me, the bottom stamp appears more Violet and the image is more crisp. It has a letter still inside the cover dated August 4 1857, hence the Aug 5th cancel(I don't know if that date helps id or plate it). I'm not all the old but my eyes are shot, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

SavStamp,

The top stamp appears to be from plate 1L, so it would be a #11a. The bottom stamp, being used in 1857 would be a #11. #10s used that late are very rare. The bottom stamp probably is from plate 4, and it appears to be sulfuretted (discolored). See the link below for more on sulfuretted #11s.
