I recently picked up this revalued US IRC. The original price was $1.05, but then it was revalued and sold at $1.75. Has anyone ever seen an original IRC with the UNITED STATES PF AMERICA label sold at $1.05?
There were a number of times when IRC's were revalued with postage stamps and in recent year with PVI labels. I finally have been able to acquire one of the "UNITED STATES / OF AMERICA" IRCs which has not been revalued. These are extremely rare.
