Clear staple holes at the top... take a closer look...

Poorly trimmed, and of course, soaked...

I see two indentations in the top edge which could be staple holes from a single staple centered horizontally. (If so, it would appear that this pane was cut out of the booklet with some kind of knife blade rather than scissors.) But I don't know how many staples are normal for this type of booklet.

Expensive for a 424e which would grade no more than Fine. I've seen better examples go (and bought them) for half that price in auctions.

Search Siegel and Kelleher.
