I had a tiny collection back in the early 70's in my early early teens when I got a USPS set of 1969 commemoratives for Christmas. I recently returned to collecting. I am focusing on US stamp topics:
space
revolution
civil war
wwII
christmas
postal delivery system
mini souvenir sheets

I am enjoying it very much. Brings back memories!

Welcome. The internet makes it very easy to come back to collecting at any level you choose. You'll find some others here who share your topical interests.

Welcome, Neal! I also reconnected with stamps after decades of inactivity. In 2011, I decided to dust off my 1962 Scott's American Album and since then I have caught the bug! I collect early US singles through 1930's. I have gotten serious and love this Community forum. None of my friends or relatives collect stamps, so it's great to be able to learn from, laugh with and share my experiences with so many welcoming folks.

Neal, I hope to see you around the SC!

Cheers,
Dan Carazo
