Kevin,
I suggest 559-U-1 for several reasons. Here is my thinking.
1. 1915 cancel year matches year on the cancelled Schermack
2. Shapes: An oval O in RPO, the D's of WD and LTD have same shape as the cancelled Schermack
3. Spacing: Distance of the lettering to the rim, the spacing of LT in LTD
4. The lack of a period after LTD in 559-U-1, does not bother me at all since these are tracings made from cancels of varying quality. So there is some difference in the shape of the W in WD, but there is a good chance the original cancel was on a dark green stamp and hard to see clearly.

That said, there are many unlisted devices, so it could be "none of the above". Regardless, the above scans show the rest of the missing wording.
