Bypassing the filter and making the intended word obvious anyway is completely unacceptable. ***, because no C relief stamps (from the bottom row of the plate, the only row to produce Type I) were recut to become Type IV. The ornament at the top left that looks like an old-fashioned telephone receiver (see arrow) is a figment of someone's imagination--no such design element occurred on the actual stamps.
