11x13mm ~ 14 points across & 16 vertical

Stamp appears MNH, however more than likely re-gummed...
possible flattened out crease UR and possible sealed tear
at 8th perfhole LR counting up from bottom...

Had to use a camera for the reverse... scanner just would not
pickup all the points...

Randall....thanks for the email.

OK...per the #91.
My opinion....from viewing the scan/photo....
Looking at the back view of the grill...
Grill looks OK.
But what a grill was designed to do is soak up the cancel
to avoid washing and reuse.
It looks like some ink soak thru on the reverse....in the
LL of the grill
From the front view...
LR bottom...looks "cleaned" in the selvedge ...
Could be the scan???
also look at the "s" in cents".

Can you give a few more details of the back grill
concern spot???
What does it lok like in person???

Hi, Kevin... upon closer examination with my lens...

First, I'm positive it's a regum... second, I see
what you mean about the 'darkened activity' on the
S in CENTS... could very well have been washed...

As far as the bleed-through in the grill, I wonder
if it had been graphited at one point, then mostly
cleaned before the re-gumming was done...

There is obvious signs of cleaning across the portrait and in the crosshatching on both sides. You might want to examine the line in the S carefully, it might be a double transfer rather than signs of cleaning.

Hi, Rev... thank you kindly for your input...

I looked real closeup under the lens, and it doesn't appear
to be double transfer... there's a certain scruffiness in the
area... could be the entire stamp was cleaned and moreso in
that area versus the rest of the stamp...
