I've become tired at looking at this one. It's (I believe) a MNH 443 Flat Plate, Paste Up Pair. The perfs look good to me (but I've been fooled many times). They measure 10.79 and match up with a 443 single I have. The problem I have with this pair is it is VERY narrow at 24.3mm. Also, I can seem to find a good single line watermark. It seems like the overlapped area on the paste up obscures part of the potential water mark. I initially assumed that paste up pairs don't get forged that often, but after being burned by several coils I'm suspicious of all Washington Coils now. Another semi weird thing is the two stamps are not exactly the same shade of green? If Fake, probably can rule out a booklet pane, which really just leaves trimmed and reperfed? But would someone re-gum and do the paste-up, seems a lot of effort for a modest priced item. Any comments are appreciated.

Height is not the determining factor. From a distance the perforations look OK. The test is to scan at 1200 DPI or better and match the top and bottom edges. They should be parallel to within 0.001 inch (0.025 mm) and the trimmed edges should have the same look as an early rotary coil or a perf 8 1/2 coil. Coil widths varied and some had to be a bit narrow once an additional stripping knife was added at the top or bottom edge of the roll made from half sheets.

Because the paste up joins two sheets, color variation is possible.
