I think this stamp is a perf 11 but not sure. Need some expert advise on this.

This appears to be a single Scott 498, type 1, perf 11, from a booklet pane of 6 (bottom/left stamp). Cat value is minimal.

You do not need a perf gauge to determine what perfs it is, determine where 2CM is and count the perfs!

Simple

But you can buy an adequate but somewhat inaccurate perf gauge that will sort of work on U.S.A. stamp for cheap. Do not get or use a paper or cardboard gauge!

Could you straighten the image up and give us an in focus reverse image of the back of the stamp?
