I have this item
Not sure I should even bother classifying it
Some while back I checked a site that gives the specs for what I think was a type III ?
anyway the perfs are 1.25 X 4.75 and 3.2 apart
Any value to this?

This is a flat plate issue, type-I. #409 if watermarked, #482 if un-watermarked. Not much value, if any, in the condition it is in.
